I am Dr. Gullalay, a Consultant Physical Therapist currently serving at SOGH, where I am dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs. I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, and an MS in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) from RIU, Islamabad.

In my role at SOGH, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility for individuals of all ages. My previous experience as a Rehab House Officer at Lady Reading Hospital and as a Clinical Physiotherapist at Dr. Zahoor Physical Therapy Clinic has further enriched my expertise in providing comprehensive, evidence-based care.

I am passionate about developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Through education and supportive care, I strive to empower my patients on their journey to recovery.
